ADHD Rating Scales

The ADHD Rating Scales site is dedicated to a single goal—increasing the efficient use of ADHD rating scales in everyday clinical practice. Parents, teachers, and patients can complete the SNAP-IV and Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1) Symptom Checklist, as appropriate, and have the results sent directly to their registered clinician for follow up.
